Retaining much of its original charm and features, the property is well equipped with all modern conveniences and skilfully blends modern living with traditional comforts. A picturesque gate at the bottom of the garden opens directly onto the River Tywi, providing an ideal spot for a peaceful afternoon's fishing or a relaxed walk into Gelli. Ramblers can enjoy the proximity of the Preseli Hills and take advantage of some of the great walking opportunities there through breathtaking scenery. There are a number of beaches in the region too, making this a wonderfully diverse location.

Electric oven, gas hob, fridge (no icebox), freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer (located in garage) combined colour TV/video, DVD player, CD player etc. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden to rear. Separate patio garden to side of property with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets. Shop & pub 4 miles. Note: A gate at the bottom of the garden leads directly to the river. Children must be supervised at all times. |

Lovely scenery, quite and restful.
Good parking area. Plenty of things to do and see in the area. Owners extremely friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
